Offshore Marine Systems
For the LNG Bunkering System Project at Rotterdam Port Terminal,Netherlands, the main challenge was preventing cryogenic leakage during ship-to-ship transfers. The solution implemented involved extended bonnet cryogenic marine valves with vacuum insulation, successfully reducing boil-off gas to less than 0.1% per transfer.
HVAC System
For the Smart Green Building Fire Protection System in the Netherlands, 450 3-piece threaded electric ball valves and other accessories such as flexible tubes and fittings were installed. The valves modulate flow to maintain vessel pressure at 6–8 bar, resulting in 30% pump energy savings. In case of fire alarm activation, the valves fully open within less than 3 seconds via a hardwired relay.
Power Generation
For the petrochemical plant expansion project in Saudi Arabia, DELCO series shut-off pneumatic valves were primarily used in power generation applications. Key highlights include ATEX Zone 2 certification, an emergency response time of 0.4 seconds, and the ability to withstand ambient temperatures up to 55°C.
Oil & Gas Industry
For the Siberian Arctic Gas Pipeline Expansion Project (Yamotlor Field Operations), DELCO supplied Q-Series electric explosion-proof valves with smart integrated actuators, the connection form is flange, and the type is ball valve. These valves were chosen for their robust construction and certified safety, ensuring dependable performance in extreme arctic environments.

Pharmaceutical Industry
DELCO recently supplied 18 ZJHp Series diaphragm globe control valves for a pharmaceutical sterile water system in Germany’s life sciences research laboratory.
