The 3 Way Self - operated Pressure Control Valve is a specialized control valve that leverages medium pressure changes to drive the valve core, needing no external energy.
It achieves automatic pressure stabilization via force balance between the spring and diaphragm, making this control valve suitable for power/gas - free conditions. Induction components of this control valve are diaphragm (for gas/low - pressure liquid) or piston (for high - pressure liquid), made of 316L or Hastelloy alloy.
The spring pre - tension sets pressure, with the valve core having fast - opening or linear traits. Valve bodies of this control valve come with flange or threaded connections, and materials like cast steel, stainless steel, or fluorine lining (for corrosive media) are available.
