The gate and seat are forged from a single piece of aluminum bronze, avoiding corrosion from contact with dissimilar metals. Under normal operating conditions, its service life reaches 8-12 years, 2-3 times that of ordinary copper valves.

Reliable manual operation, suitable for special scenarios: Utilizing a worm gear or handwheel drive, the operating torque is low (DN50 model operating torque ≤15N·m), allowing for easy manual opening and closing. It requires no electricity or air supply, enabling stable flow control operations in remote outdoor areas, offshore platforms, emergency repairs, and other power-free scenarios, avoiding the risk of automated equipment failure.

High flow rate and low energy consumption, suitable for various conveying needs: When the gate valve is fully open, the flow path is straight, with a flow resistance coefficient ≤0.2, far lower than that of a stop valve, reducing pump energy consumption; DN50-DN300 models support high-flow-rate media conveying, meeting the core requirements of "low resistance and high efficiency" in industrial pipelines.
