I. Advantages and Features
Three-piece structure for extremely convenient maintenance: The valve body consists of three parts: left/right end caps and a central valve body. These are secured with long bolts, allowing for easy disassembly of the valve body without disassembling the entire pipeline. This enables direct replacement of vulnerable parts such as the valve core and seals, achieving "online maintenance" and significantly reducing downtime.

Compact and highly adaptable: The actuator and valve body are integrated, with a volume only 60% of a conventional ball valve. It is lightweight (small-diameter models weigh only a few hundred grams), occupying minimal installation space, making it perfectly suited for confined working conditions, dense piping, and space-constrained equipment integration scenarios.

Corrosion and pressure resistant, stable performance: The stainless steel body combines high strength and corrosion resistance, withstanding medium to high pressure (up to 1000 PSI WOG) and high and low temperature environments. Combined with a full-bore design, fluid resistance is extremely low, preventing clogging and achieving a zero-leakage rate.


Safe and reliable with comprehensive protection: The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted anti-blowout design to prevent the valve stem from popping out when the valve chamber experiences abnormal pressure rise; the actuator has an IP65/NEMA 4X protection rating, is dustproof and waterproof, and suitable for complex working conditions such as outdoor and humid environments.

Automation adaptability and efficient operation: The electric actuator supports multiple control methods and industrial protocols, and can be directly connected to automation systems, reducing manual intervention and balancing precise control with efficient operation, adapting to the needs of intelligent production lines.

II. Core Functions

Precise fluid control: 90° rotary opening and closing structure, action response time of 3-5 seconds, opening adjustment accuracy of ±0.5%, adjustable range of 30%-100%, enabling both rapid medium flow control and precise flow regulation.

Intelligent safety protection: Built-in overheat protection and torque protection functions; automatic power cut-off within 15 seconds under abnormal working conditions (such as jamming or overload) to prevent equipment damage; the actuator uses H-class insulation, and some models are equipped with a space heater to adapt to low-temperature environment start-up.

Stable Operation Guarantee: The full-bore design ensures the ball valve channel matches the pipe diameter, resulting in strong flow capacity and low pressure drop. The valve core undergoes precision polishing and has a self-cleaning function, effectively purging pipeline impurities to prevent blockage and ensure long-term stable operation.

Emergency and Integration Compatibility: Standard manual emergency operation function; in case of power failure or malfunction, manual mode can be quickly switched using a dedicated wrench to ensure continuous operation. Supports mainstream industrial protocols such as MODBUS, allowing integration with centralized monitoring systems for remote control, valve position status feedback, and data linkage.

III. Connection Method
Connection Type: Female-Female internal thread connection, supporting international standard thread specifications such as NPT (ANSI B1.20.1) and BSPT/BSO (ISO 7/1), featuring a quick-installation connection structure.

Core Advantages: Installation requires no welding, bonding, or special tools; reliable sealing is achieved by manual tightening, offering excellent sealing performance and strong shock resistance. Disassembly only requires unscrewing the threaded connector, without damaging the pipeline, making it suitable for scenarios involving frequent disassembly and assembly.

Compatible Specifications: Nominal diameter covers 1/4″-4″ (DN6-DN100), suitable for small-diameter, medium-low pressure piping systems. Structural length conforms to ANSI B16.10 and ISO 5752 standards, allowing seamless connection with conventional industrial piping.

IV. Materials
Main Structure Material: The valve body, ball, and stem are all made of stainless steel, with mainstream models being 304 (CF8) or 316 (CF8M) stainless steel. 304 stainless steel is suitable for common corrosive environments such as fresh water, steam, and weak acids and alkalis; 316 stainless steel, due to its molybdenum content, significantly improves resistance to chloride ion corrosion, making it suitable for harsh environments such as seawater, chemical solvents, and chlorinated water.

Sealing and Wear-Resistant Materials: The valve seat seal uses PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or RPTFE (reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene), which is resistant to high temperatures and chemical corrosion, ensuring bubble-level sealing performance; the valve stem packing is made of flexible graphite or PTFE, allowing adjustment of the sealing preload to prevent media leakage.

Actuator Material: The actuator housing is made of powder-coated cast aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and impact-resistant; the internal gear set is made of high-alloy steel, which is wear-resistant, durable, and extends service life.

Key Performance Parameters: Operating temperature range -40℃ to 177℃ (valve body), -41℃ to 60℃ (actuator); nominal pressure PN10-PN40 (150LB-300LB), maximum operating pressure up to 1000PSI WOG.

V. Switching Method
Drive Mode: Electric drive as the core, combined with manual emergency operation, providing dual protection for continuous operation and meeting the needs of automated production and emergency response.

Power Supply and Control: Supports wide voltage input, including AC220V, DC12V/24V, etc., with a voltage tolerance of ±10% (DC ±1%); control methods include 2-wire switching, 3-wire holding, 5-wire regulating, and bus control (such as MODBUS), adapting to different control system architectures.

Operating Logic: In electric mode, the actuator drives the ball valve to rotate 90° via forward and reverse rotation to achieve opening and closing. Once the valve reaches the correct position, it automatically cuts off power and locks to prevent malfunction. For remote control, commands can be issued via a control terminal, providing real-time feedback on switch status and fault information.

Manual Emergency Operation: Rotating the switch knob on the top of the actuator switches to manual mode. Operation is achieved via the included handwheel or a dedicated wrench; clockwise rotation closes the valve, and counter-clockwise rotation opens it. Operation is smooth and without jamming, requiring no additional tools.

VI. Scope of Application
Chemical and Petroleum Industries: Suitable for fluid control in chemical reactors, pipelines, and storage tanks. It can transport corrosive or flammable media such as acid and alkali solutions, chemical reagents, organic solvents, and petroleum products. The 316 stainless steel model is particularly suitable for chlorine-containing media and pipelines on offshore oil platforms.

Water Treatment and Environmental Protection Industries: Used for media transportation and control in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, and ultrapure water systems. The 304 model is suitable for general water treatment, while the 316 model can withstand chlorine-containing disinfectant water and acidic wastewater, preventing corrosion failure.

Food and Pharmaceutical Industries: Meets food-grade hygiene standards; the 304/316 stainless steel is non-toxic, odorless, and easy to clean, suitable for pipelines transporting beverages, dairy products, and pharmaceutical raw materials, ensuring media purity and preventing secondary contamination.

Industrial Automation and Precision Equipment: Adaptable to auxiliary piping systems in the power, metallurgy, and papermaking industries, as well as fluid control in laboratory analytical instruments and semiconductor manufacturing equipment; its compact size and precise control meet equipment integration needs.

Marine and Shipbuilding Industries: The 316 stainless steel model has strong resistance to seawater corrosion, suitable for freshwater, fuel oil, and ballast water systems in marine pipelines and marine engineering equipment, adaptable to high humidity and high salt spray environments.
