A105 forged steel valves can operate continuously within a temperature range of -29℃ to 425℃, while the F316L model can withstand temperatures from -196℃ to 550℃. Impact and Wear Resistance with Long Service Life: After tempering, the forged steel valve body achieves a Brinell hardness of HB180-220. The valve disc and seat utilize STL alloy overlay welding on the forged steel body, improving wear resistance by 3 times. In scenarios involving particulate media (such as sandy crude oil in oil and gas fields) or water hammer in pipelines, the valve failure rate is only 1/5 that of cast steel valves, with a service life of 10-15 years under normal operating conditions.

Reliable manual operation, adaptable to emergency scenarios: Utilizing a worm gear or handwheel transmission mechanism, the operating torque has been optimized (DN50 PN40 model operating torque ≤25N·m), allowing for easy manual opening and closing. It requires no electricity or gas supply, enabling rapid shut-off operations in remote oil and gas well sites, outdoor pipelines, and emergency repair scenarios where power is unavailable, avoiding the risk of automated equipment failure.

Wide corrosion resistance, suitable for multiple media: The stainless steel forged steel (F304/F316L) models possess excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, as well as chloride ion corrosion.
