Single - Acting Model
Principle: It uses compressed air to drive valve opening or closing in one direction. When the air supply is interrupted, a built - in spring automatically resets the actuator to a pre - set safe position, like a fail - safe close or open.
Features & Advantages: Compact and energy - efficient, it ensures safety in case of air failure. It's ideal for industries where safety is crucial, such as petrochemicals, as it quickly triggers protection mechanisms in emergencies.
Double - Acting Model
Principle: Alternately supplying compressed air to two chambers on either side of the piston, it enables bidirectional movement for valve operation.
Features & Advantages: Characterized by fast action, stable output force, and high - frequency operation capability. It's perfect for applications demanding precise valve position control, like in power plants or large - scale water treatment facilities, where frequent and accurate valve adjustments are necessary.
Industrial Pneumatic Valve Actuator
- Operating Media: The device operates with dry or lubricated air, or non-corrosive gases. The maximum allowable particle diameter is 30 micrometers.
- Air Supply Pressure: The minimum supply pressure required is 2.5 Bar, while the maximum allowable supply pressure is 8 Bar.
Temperature Range:
- Low Temperature: The device is operational within the range of -35°C to +80°C.
- High Temperature: The device is operational within the range of -15°C to +50°C.

Pneumatic Valve Actuator Accessories
Air source processor: Combines filtering, pressure reduction, and lubrication functions, ensuring stable outlet pressure. Available in two-piece assemblies for filtering compressed instrument air and three-piece configurations for added lubrication.
Pneumatic solenoid valve: Regulates the opening and closing of pneumatic valves by magnetizing and demagnetizing to direct gas flow based on voltage signals. Offers precise control over valve operations, commonly used for managing gas source and circuit flow.
Limit switch: Detects valve status and outputs signals for open or closed positions. Critical in automatic control systems, confirming and executing subsequent programs, providing valve interlock protection, and indicating remote alarms within the system.
