Overview of Hydraulic Actuators
The MYD series quarter-turn hydraulic actuator is an ideal hydraulic actuator developed by DELCO, incorporating advanced international technology. It features a long service life, high output torque, a compact and rational structure, rugged durability, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It supports programmable and microprocessor-based control, enabling modulating control or rapid on/off functions. Suitable for various quarter-turn valves—such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves—it is widely used in industrial pipeline control systems across sectors including petrochemicals, metallurgy and papermaking, nuclear power, boiler equipment, and military marine applications.

The MYD series compact hydraulic actuators are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with standardization, miniaturization, and modular series principles, ensuring high versatility and ease of installation and maintenance. The bottom mounting interface complies with the ISO 5211 standard, facilitating easy valve installation. An opening indicator provides a clear visual display of "Open" and "Close" positions and is easily removable to allow for manual wrench operation. Stroke adjustment bolts mechanically limit the actuator's rotation angle, enabling on-site adjustment of the open and closed positions; standard products offer a ±5° adjustment range at both the 0° and 90° positions. The MYD series represents a new type of hydraulic actuator independently developed and manufactured by DELCO, holding a relevant technical patent (Patent No.: ZL201020225905.6).

Structural Features
1. Utilizes a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, offering a simple, reliable, and compact design with high output torque.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of cast carbon steel, providing excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and an attractive appearance.
3. The actuator piston features an integrated structure capable of withstanding higher pressures and delivering greater output torque.
4. A manual override mechanism can be installed at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder.
5. Adjustment bolts allow for fine-tuning (±5°) of the fully open and fully closed positions.
6. Limit switches, travel switches, or proximity switches can be mounted on the top to enable remote control operations.
7. The bottom mounting interface adheres to the ISO 5211 standard, ensuring high versatility and easy integration with various types of valves.

Key Technical Parameters
1. Hydraulic source pressure: 2.0–16 MPa
2. Ambient temperature: -20–80°C; low-temperature model: -40–80°C; high-temperature model: -20–120°C.
3. Model specifications: MYD 32/50/63/80/100/125.
4. Hydraulic fluid: Hydraulic fluid with a viscosity not exceeding 40 cSt; low-temperature hydraulic fluid should be used in cold regions.
5. Installation: Avoid installation environments exposed to open air, extreme temperatures (high or low), high humidity, or corrosive elements; otherwise, appropriate protective measures must be taken.
