NPT Thread Pneumatic Piston Angle Seat Valve
A Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve is a pneumatically controlled valve that utilizes a piston actuator to provide linear motion, lifting a seal off its seat. The seat is angled to ensure the maximum possible flow when unseated. These valves are particularly well-suited for applications requiring high temperatures and large flow rates, such as steam or water. Additionally, certain models can eliminate water hammer when operated in reverse. The pilot control pressure range is from 5 to 8 bar, with a maximum working pressure reaching up to 16 bar.
These angle seat valves offer a variety of connection methods to cater to different needs, including internal and external threads, flanges, welding, and quick-connect joints.
