In terms of materials, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is very advantageous, it has a strong corrosion resistance, whether it is strong acid, alkali or organic solvents, it is difficult to cause erosion, especially in the acidic media environment can be a long-term stable work. Moreover, its high temperature performance is excellent, can adapt to -10 ℃ to 180 ℃ temperature range, excellent chemical stability.
From the structural point of view, PTFE direct-acting solenoid valve adopts direct-acting structure, which is mainly composed of solenoid coil, spool, valve body and reset spring. Electromagnetic coil energized electromagnetic force generated directly on the spool, quickly drive the spool to move, realize the valve on and off, fast response speed. The valve body is made of PTFE, with smooth flow paths, low fluid resistance, good overall sealing performance, no risk of corrosion, and is widely used in acidic fluid control scenarios in the chemical industry, laboratories and other fields.
