The UPVC solenoid valve (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride, hard polyvinyl chloride solenoid valve) is an solenoid valve with UPVC as the main valve body material. It combines the chemical stability of UPVC material with the automatic control function of solenoid valves and is suitable for the control of corrosive fluids under low pressure and normal temperature. The core features are resistance to weak corrosion (controllable tap water, dilute acids and dilute alkalis, but not resistant to strong oxidizing media and organic solvents), moderate temperature resistance (long-term 0-60℃, short-term 70℃), low cost, light weight, hygiene and non-toxicity, and suitable for low-pressure scenarios (≤1.0MPa).

The all-plastic contact fluid design is anti-corrosive with no dead corners. The flow channel is smooth with low resistance and is not prone to scaling. The elastic seal adheres reliably. The coil and valve body are detachable for convenient maintenance.

The applications are mainly concentrated in normal temperature and low pressure scenarios: civilian (water purifiers, automatic irrigation, toilet replenishment), light industry (small-scale water treatment, waterways of cleaning equipment), agriculture (greenhouse drip irrigation) and laboratories (low-concentration reagent transportation), and it is an economical and practical automatic control component.
