Direct-acting solenoid valve is a relatively simple structure, mainly by the solenoid coil, spool, valve body and reset spring and other basic components. Electromagnetic coil energized electromagnetic force directly on the spool, to overcome the spring force and media pressure, drive the spool to move to achieve the valve on and off.
When energized, the electromagnetic force directly suction spool, so that the valve is open, the medium can be passed; after the power failure, the spool reset under the action of spring force and medium pressure, the valve is closed. Can directly rely on electromagnetic force drive, not affected by the media pressure, can be in no pressure or low pressure environment normal work.
Due to the electromagnetic force acting directly on the spool, power instantaneous action can be completed, the response time is short, can quickly realize the fluid on and off control, suitable for the response to the occasions requiring high timeliness.

Weakly Acid Resistant Plastic Direct Acting Solenoid Valves are available with bodies made of UPVC or CPVC, which are low cost and lightweight, and CPVC, which is more temperature and corrosion resistant, and both of which are resistant to weakly acidic media.
